Using partial data, agents of Israel have claimed the Israel lobby’s total spending is insignificant compared to Qatar’s lobbying efforts. So we did a deep dive examining both FARA-registered (Foreign Agents Registration Act) and non-registered spending—we uncovered a different story.
Not only is the Israel’s lobby money nearly 3x that of Qatar’s, but a staggering two-thirds of pro-Israel influence efforts operate outside of FARA disclosure rules.
